3. Credit System

Credits are purchased and consumed based on API usage. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable except in cases of service failure.

4. Rate Limiting

API calls are subject to rate limiting. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

5. Liability

Niago API is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.
